libmodule-starter-perl software package provides simple starter kit for Perl modules, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmodule-starter-perl
libmodule-starter-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmodule-starter-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmodule-starter-perl *
You will get with libmodule-starter-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
